Richard F. Rose (Ric) was born and raised in Seattle. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington's School of Business. He obtained a Master's degree from Seattle University's School of Theology and Ministry and a J.D. degree from Seattle University's School of Law. Before he practiced law, Ric was director of a non-profit organization in the Tacoma area that provides homes and work for people with developmental disabilities. He opened the Rose Law Office in Puyallup, Washington in 2000, concentrating his practice in the area of disability law.
Tamara Mastropoalo
was born and raised in Blaine, Washington. She attended Central Washington University and Cascade Business College. Before coming to the Rose Law Office, Tamara worked as a real estate assistant, a legal receptionist, as well as a legal assistant for a family law attorney in Whatcom County. Tamara's role at the Rose Law Office is to assist Ric in the day to day management of the firm.
